Spawn in Camera positions random spots

From one load in to another, even from level 1 to level 2, the spawn in camera isnt positioned the same every time. Level 2 it shows a wall and thats it for example
The game tries to show the spawn animation in 3rd person view when you spawn and will then move you into your ship. Depending on where you spawn, it will place you so that there is no obstacle between the 3rd person viewer position and the effect. Sometimes that can look weird.
The spawn effect also has a "heatwave" effect, that's the fine grained noise on your screen during spawn.
I will add an option in the effect options menu where you can turn the spawn animation view off and have the normal spawn sequence similar to the original game.
